Terms of Use

5.1 Eligibility and accounts

You must be 12 or older (if you are under 18, with the consent of a parent or legal guardian) and give accurate information. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.

5.2 Memberships

• Plans: Ember, Flame, Forge and Inferno. Prices, benefits and any offer price are shown on the pricing page at the time you buy. Prices are shown before GST: GST at 18% and the payment fee charged by Razorpay are added at checkout and shown before you pay.
• Ember is first offered at a launch price of ₹99 a month for the first 6 months, then at its regular price of ₹149 a month. Before the launch price ends we will tell you the regular price and the date it starts, and you can cancel any time before then. Where your payment method cannot move to the regular price on its own (for example UPI AutoPay), we will ask you to confirm it instead; nothing more is charged until you do, and if you do not, the membership ends when the launch period does.
• Memberships are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly, or quarterly for the Forge and Inferno plans where offered) through Razorpay, until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then ends. There is no refund for the rest of a period you've started (see the Refund Policy).
• You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The new plan starts immediately; the unused part of your previous plan is not refunded.
• If a renewal payment fails, your membership remains active for 48 hours and then lapses until payment succeeds.
• Flame includes 1 mentor session credit a month, and Forge and Inferno include 2. Some plans also include Campfire seats each month, as shown on the pricing page. Credits are counted per membership month. Unused credits do not roll over, except on Inferno, where they roll over for one month and then expire. Credits and included seats have no cash value and can't be transferred.

5.3 Workshops

Live workshops: a paid seat is confirmed only after payment, and a seat being paid for is held for 30 minutes. The meeting link is shared only with confirmed participants. Pre-recorded workshops are bought or rented as described on each workshop; rental access ends after the rental period. Recordings are for your personal use only and may not be downloaded, shared or redistributed.

5.4 Mentorship and mentor programs

• General mentorship requests are reviewed by ORYVA, which matches a mentor. A request is confirmed once a mentor accepts it and payment (or a membership credit) is complete.
• Specific Mentor Programs are bought directly; the mentor is linked when payment succeeds. If you don't have a membership, Forge access may be included in the same checkout.
• Meetings are scheduled from the mentor's available slots. Please join on time: missing a session without notice may use it up (see the Refund Policy).
• Mentors are independent professionals. Their guidance is their own professional opinion; ORYVA does not guarantee any particular outcome from mentorship.

5.5 Mentors

Mentors join only after ORYVA's review and approval, and are also bound by their mentor agreement with ORYVA, which sets their rate, payouts and obligations (including keeping a session record for every session).

5.6 No guarantee of employment or selection

ORYVA Forge membership, workshops, mentorship and programs do not guarantee employment, internships, funding or selection for any opportunity. Meeting the Fellowship criteria makes you eligible to apply; it does not guarantee selection. ORYVA does not provide employment opportunities.

5.7 Conduct

Be respectful to mentors, members and staff. Don't harass anyone, share others' personal data, misuse the Platform, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or record sessions without everyone's consent. ORYVA may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5.8 Content and intellectual property

The Platform, its branding, workshop recordings and materials belong to ORYVA or its mentors and are licensed to you only for personal, non-commercial use. You keep ownership of content you submit, and allow ORYVA to use it to provide the service.

5.9 Payments and taxes

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Amounts are in Indian Rupees. At checkout, 18% GST and the payment fee are added to the price shown, and the full total is shown before you pay. Tax invoices are available in your account. ORYVA never asks for your card or UPI PIN.

5.10 Availability and changes

We work to keep the Platform available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features, plans and prices; price changes apply to new purchases and renewals after notice, never to a period you've already paid for.

5.11 Liability

To the extent the law allows, ORYVA's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid ORYVA in the 3 months before the claim, and ORYVA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

5.12 Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please contact us at support@oryvaai.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
